J Hematology 6: 832–837, 1951; cf. Proc Soc Exp Biol & med 75: 844–847, 1950). Mice kept in L_6-18D_18-6. Sampling during fixed clock hours: 06:00 – 10:00. Prediction limits, derived from first 5 stocks of mice, are exceeded when 5 additional stocks are examined (hatched). Of interest with the genetic diversity in space among different stocks of mice (Fig. 8) is a genetic diversity in the coefficient of variation.
